How I Can Help

Building foundational health for a lifetime

You don’t need to have a specific diagnosis to benefit from nutrition therapy.

Sometimes you simply know you don’t feel your best. Maybe your symptoms have been dismissed as “normal,” your labs look fine on paper, or you’re already working with a healthcare provider and want to better support your body through nutrition and lifestyle.

At Abundantly More, we look at the whole picture and focus on the everyday foundations that influence how the body functions.

The goal is to help you understand what your body may need, make practical changes, and build habits that support your health for the long term.

Can nutrition therapy help with what I’m experiencing?

I support clients dealing with fatigue, digestive discomfort, poor sleep, stress, hormonal or cycle-related concerns, and other persistent symptoms that leave them feeling less than their best. I also work with clients who want thoughtful nutrition and lifestyle support alongside medical care for a chronic health condition.

A foundation-first approach

Depending on your needs, our work may include:

Digestion

What you eat matters, but so does your ability to digest and absorb it. We’ll look at the digestive process from start to finish and identify areas that may be contributing to ongoing symptoms.

Nutrition

Food should nourish your body, not leave you confused by competing rules and trends. We’ll build a practical, nutrient-dense way of eating that supports your individual needs, satiety, energy, and overall health.

Lifestyle

Sleep, stress, blood sugar regulation, hydration, movement, and daily rhythms all influence how the body functions. We’ll look at the patterns in your everyday life and identify practical changes that may better support your health.

Supplementation & Testing

Supplements, bloodwork, and functional testing can be valuable when they add useful information or targeted support. We use them thoughtfully, while keeping nutrition and lifestyle as the foundation of the plan.

What working together looks like

We’ll start by looking at your health history, current concerns, nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits.

From there, we’ll identify the areas that deserve attention first and create a practical plan you can actually implement.

As we work together, we’ll adjust based on how you’re feeling, what is working, and whether additional testing or supplementation would be helpful.

Most importantly, I’ll help you understand why we’re making each recommendation, so you can learn how to care for your health for the long term.
